App, lite site or USSD?
Data costs matter. For each bookmaker we note whether there’s an Android app, a lite mobile site and a USSD option, and the app’s download size. [Table TBC]
Betting sites to avoid
- Sites not on any Nigerian state register or the FCT list
- Sites asking you to pay a ‘fee’ to withdraw winnings
- Tipsters selling ‘certain’ or ‘inside’ results
- Apps installed from outside the Play Store or the operator’s own site
Found an unlicensed site operating in Lagos? Report it to the LSLGA.
How we rate betting sites

How to choose a safe bookmaker

Play responsibly
18+ only. Gambling can be addictive. No one can promise wins, so only stake what you can afford to lose and set a deposit limit before you bet.
